Sort once and export every classroom list

Upload the student Excel file, set the capacities for the configured classrooms, and generate a single workbook for distribution. The first worksheet is used, the header row is preserved, and students are ordered with Turkish alphabetical rules by surname, then name, then ID.

Each classroom starts from its configured default capacity. Clear a field to treat its capacity as 0.
